The ESPO Conference is the annual flagship event of the European Sea Ports Organisation, bringing together port authorities, policymakers, and industry stakeholders from across Europe. The 2026 edition, held in Gdańsk, focuses on the theme “Competitiveness as a driver of resilience” and addresses the evolving role of ports within a complex geopolitical and economic landscape.

The conference provides a platform for high-level dialogue on key topics such as energy transition, security, digitalisation, and supply chain dynamics. Through keynote sessions, panel discussions, and peer exchange, participants explore how European ports can adapt to global challenges while strengthening their role as critical nodes in trade, logistics, and sustainable development.
